I hope everyone had a very Happy New Year, and that you are spending quality time with friends and family.
Let’s hope 2018 will be a great year for us and our families.
I would like to take this time to look back through some 2017 posts in social media. Come with me through this past year…
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen this particular post on all social media this week. It is so very true albeit annoying.

Sometimes, a tablet/iPad is the only way to get any quiet time/housework done, for your own sanity.
Fiancé: I love you both.
Me: I love you both too.
Our 2 yr old: *pulls tablet in close & whispers* I love you iPad.#ParentingIn2017

“How old do I have to be to have my own YouTube Channel?” says my 7 year old.
“What are you going to do on it?” I ask.
“Whatever I want,” he replies.

Daughter: A friend told me that my favorite number should be 69. I didn’t get it. So I looked it up.

I asked my 4 yr old if he just lied to me. He told me It's a fake news day. #parentingin2017

Yes, I just called my son (who's downstairs) on his phone to tell him it was time to get ready for bed. #parentingin2017

Looking back at the fads of the year…
I don’t think I need to say anything about this next image. If you are on social media at all, you have seen this theme EVERYWHERE!
Unicorn hair, Unicorn Frapp, Unicorn cupcakes… the list goes on and on and on and on……
Looking back on 2017, it was a pretty crazy, eventful year for all.
Not to say that it was bad, BUT hopefully, 2018 will be much better for everyone.
Have a wonderful week and take some time for yourself.
Let me know if you made a New Year’s resolution or what you hope to achieve before the end of 2018.
