“If you want to change the world, go home and love your family”
Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 24, 2016!!!
We all know that getting together with family over the holidays can be very stressful. Especially, if you happen to have a large family. In order to take some of the stress off of your back, I have compiled a list of recipes, decor tips, and tricks to wow every one of your guests this Thanksgiving.
I have found recipes for Hors D oeuvres, salads, and soups, side dishes and DESSERTS!!!
I will not be offering any recipes for the Turkey because I know everyone has at least one family recipe that they will not stray away from for anything.
All of the recipes in this post are in my “Thanks and Giving” Pinterest board.
Butternut Squash Pear and Ricotta Bruschetta
Butternut Squash and Sage Wonton
Puff Pastry Sausage Rolls
Apple Cranberry Walnut Salad
Autumn Crunch Pasta Salad
Pecan Cornbread Dressing
Buttercup Yeast Bread
Apricot Sweet Potato Bake
Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes
Cranberry Broccoli Salad
Baked Vegetable Medley
Peanut Butter Crumb Apple Pie
Cranberry Raspberry Pie
In my opinion, the biggest thing about the holidays (Thanksgiving in particular) is being with family and friends.
I know that spending long periods of time with certain family members can be very stressful. At least, it is for me and my family.
Let us all try and make the best of our time together.
We only have one family. Even though we didn’t pick them we can’t help but confess we love those annoying people!
Have fun this Holiday week and give thanks for all the people in your life!
I am thankful for all of you!
I am also thankful for the chance to write this blog. Whether it becomes successful or not, I enjoy it very much.
What are you most thankful for this holiday season?
Thank you 🙂
